$5 Million Challenge Grant to RI Schools!

We are offering dollar for dollar matching grants for the benefit of RI schools and students for any funds they may raise from individual, classroom or school-wide fundraisers for the Feinstein annual campaigns to help the needy.

This is a great way for schools and teachers to get extra money for their students’ benefit and to encourage their youngsters to participate in helping the needy.

Teachers may ask their students to do a classroom fundraiser (i.e. lemonade stand, penny drive, car wash, etc.) for the Feinstein Campaign for the Needy, or principals can put on a school-wide fundraiser to raise funds for it. Upon receipt of the funds raised, we will send a check payable to the donating school in the same amount, for use as its principal and/or the teacher(s) involved in the fundraising deem best! Checks sent to us must be raised solely for the Feinstein Campaign for the Needy and made out that way.

Checks must be received by May 15,2007. Our matching checks will be sent to participating schools within one week of our receipt of theirs. Multiple donations from any school should be mailed together in one envelope, no more than once per month.

All donations received go 100% to non profit agencies helping the needy. We take NO administrative or any other fees from the donations we receive.
